[partial-reconfig] Strange XDL and FPGA_Editor Problem

Just when I was all set to try out the new macro, the tools strike
back...

Conversion from .nmc to .xdl is fine, but whenever I try to convert an
.xdl file to .ncd, it instead creates a file that has an FPGA_Editor
icon, and is listed as an "FPGA Editor Document"... however, it won't
open in FPGA_Editor, not from the Command Prompt, not by double-clicking
it and not by first opening the editor and choosing File>Open... I get
an error saying (filename).ncd is not an ncd! Renaming it to .ncd or
.nmc makes no difference since it doesn't change the file type, only the
name...

Whats strange about all this is just this morning I uploaded the macro
and this entire process was working fine...

I vaguely recall facing this problem a few months back... unfortunately
I don't remember what I did to fix it... Uninstalling and reinstalling
the software hasn't helped...

Any help would be welcome... I'm stalled here...

:(

Sincerely,
Umar
