[partial-reconfig] Just making sure...

Please excuse this rather amateurish question, one I shouldn't be asking
after having created so many RTR designs...

I just went through quite a lot of trouble modifying a design to make
sure the signals travelling over bus macros do not exceed the number of
longlines... I vaguely recall placing two bus macros (connecting two
completely different pairs of modules) on the same row and watching the
design fail... I also recall someone telling me this was because once a
longline has been used for a bus macro, no matter how wide, no other bus
macro can access it...

It just occured to me that I wasn't really sure about this... just
wanted to confirm this...
