[partial-reconfig] Reg configuration bits.

Hello team,
I have a system with ICAP instantiated and a design
with partial reconfig flow.

Now, for using the ICAP, I would need the configuration
data, frame address and size.

How do I get this information? All programs I see have this
information included as part of the C file in an array with
some commands before the raw data.

Any help.
