The tutorial from Gregory Mermoud is available here:
http://ic2.epfl.ch/~gmermoud/files/publications/DPRtutorial.pdf
You can implement BMs with CLBs as suggested by Umar Mushtaq and find
info in this paper: http://lslwww.epfl.ch/~upegui/docs/DRFMR.pdf

Sorry, I don't know very well about Virtex 4, I'm working with Virtex 2.

I'm doing my master thesis on DPR. Currently, I thought about a
cryptographic application. That is, depending on the need of the user, a
module is reconfigured with a cryptographic function. So the execution
will be faster than running a program on a softcore processor for instance.

I'm also looking for an ICAP driver for uclinux, as I want to perform
reconfiguration from uclinux.
