[partial-reconfig] Self-Reconfiguration on Spartan-3

Hi all,

I was working on self-reconfigurable during along time and finally I
have finished my work (PhD. Thesis). My application is a HW-Accelerated
SSH implementation on a Self-Reconfigurable System based on
MicroBlaze-uCLinux. The work will be presented in the IEEE 2005
Conference on Field-Programmable Technology (FPT' 05 -
http://www.comp.nus.edu.sg/~icfpt05/). I had prepared a presentation
about it, but finally it will be presented as a poster :(
However, I had prepared another presentation about how we implement the
Self-reconfigurable System because I think it is interesting for the
research community, so this presentation is available in
