Hello Javier,
I am not instantiating ICAP_VIRTEX2 directly. I am using
OPB HWICAP which handles data first onto BRAM and then internally
writes onto the ICAP byte wise taking byteorder into consideration.

I am send my code which reads partial bitfiles from FLASH
and writes onto ICAP. Can you or anyone detect issues
especially with the reprogram() function?
