Hi,

I'm working on partial reconfiguration on virtex-4 devices. For now,
I'm particularly interessed in bitstream organisation, since I'll need
to perform readback and bitstream creation in the future.

I could find some useful informations in the Virtex-4 configuration
guide (UG701), and some older docs (XAPP151 and XAPP138), but still
some important pieces are missing. I'm trying to understand how frame
addresses are composed, the format seems to have change between V-II
and V4 devices.

Has anyone already worked on this?
