[partial-reconfig] BUFG and DCM constraint help

Hi all,
        can someone tell me how do i know where can i constraint the DCM 
and BUFG components i have for my design ? I am using virtex 2 pro 
(xc2vp4fg256-5).  I have these in my constraint files but i have no idea 
where i can constraint them to. Could not find anything in the data sheet.

INST "U_DCM" LOC = ??; componenet DCM

INST "U_DCM0" LOC = ??; componenet DCM

INST "BUF_2" LOC = ??; componenet BUFG

INST "OBUF_3" LOC = ??; componenet BUFG

INST "OBUF_4" LOC = ??; componenet BUFG

Also, do i need to apply constraint for IBUFG , IOBUF, OBUF components too 
or just DCM and BUFG components need to be constrainted ? The application 
note just mention DCM and BUFG components.
