[partial-reconfig] Other companies

Hello all

I not so a long ago touched the theme of Partial Reconfiguration and my 
question can on it it will seem to you foolish :) but I all the same will 
set it:
Are there other companies, FPGA which also does support Partial 
Reconfiguration?
If is, than are they worse?
P.S.: I am sorry for my English :-[
