In fact there is no problem with DPR on the Xilinx Multimedia Board if
you do it externally (or SystemACE).
However, if you do it internally (by using the ICAP port), you have to
disable a resistor on the board (as the configuration mode is hardcoded
to boundary scan mode which disables ICAP).
