Hello,

We ran across the same error messages
and the source of the problem wasn't very obvious.  I had used spaces
in one of my directory names and it turns out that some of the scripts
won't copy files correctly if there are spaces in the path.  The missing
files resulted in those error messages.  Does your path have any spaces
in it?
