For certain designs under the 8.2 version of the EAPR
Flow PR_mergedesign.exe does not produce the NCDs.
The log file, DESIGN_routed_merge.out, looks normal
except for the statement "Can graft returned false".
When I carefully examine the base and PR NCDs in FPGA
Editor, they look perfect. No signals cross the PR
boundary at all except for the clock, which is driven
by the same BUFG / DCM in both designs.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue? Any
suggestions are greatly appreciated.
