However, it is behaviour such as yours which discourages companies
like Xilinx from engaging more openly with the community.
By the way, I totally disagree with you on this fact. Since the
VirtexTools ( flop ) from Neil Williams nothing has been done from
Xilinx in this way.
They limit the potential of their products so, implicitly their market
share. With time, people won't believe in superior performance of FPGA
anymore and they will go back to legacy Von Neumann architecture
enhanced with massively parallel cores ...
