[partial-reconfig] Impersonal notification of current address

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please excuse the impersonal nature of this email as I had found in
recent years that advising people of addresses I had moved to takes a
considerable amount of time so on this occassion I have written a
script to automatically extract many of the email addresses I had
emailed this decade.

If you need to post an item to me, then ideally
Via Tosco Romagnola 2461,
  Titignano,
    56023 Cascina (PI),
      Italy
should work, but the Italian postal service is extremely unsafe so do
not post anything valuable to me by standard mail.
