I'm not sure, but since the configuration frames of Virtex-4 and  
Virtex-5 are of equal length (41 words) and the configuration guide  
mentions that the frames "are tiled about the device", and the  
configuration details look very similar, I imagine that the same  
limitations (and workarounds) still exist for the Virtex-5.
