I've not tried this before, and there may be special magic tricks 
required to do partial reconfig from system ACE.  However, I guess you'd 
 need to write the configuration number to the appropriate register in 
the SysAce controller, and that would trigger the download.

Store the configs on the system ACE with the "full" config first, then 
your various partials after that.
