[partial-reconfig] partial selfreconfig via ICAP without microprozessor

I want to do a partial self-reconfiguration via ICAP without a microprocessor.
I want to save the partial bitfile in the internal BRAM of the FPGA  
(Virtex II ) and do the reconfiguration via ICAP, but I've read that I  
only need the bitstream.

Has anyone expert knowledge about that and can help me how I can get  
the bitstream information I need, from the bitfile?
