Re: [partial-reconfig] partial selfreconfig via ICAP without microprozessor

Dear Sebastian,

Consider the Mr. Soares master thesis available at http://www.inf.pucrs.br/~calazans/publications/Rsoares_MScDiss.zip and others available in http://www.inf.pucrs.br/~calazans/NCpubs_year.html .

I want to do a partial self-reconfiguration via ICAP without a microprocessor.
I want to save the partial bitfile in the internal BRAM of the FPGA (Virtex II ) and do the reconfiguration via ICAP, but I've read that I only need the bitstream.

Has anyone expert knowledge about that and can help me how I can get the bitstream information I need, from the bitfile?

I hope in your help!

Sebastian
