Expert Review of Factors Affecting the Usability of Software Process Descriptions

As an expert in software process technology and/or usability engineering, we would like to ask you to review a list of usability factors for software process descriptions. The goal of the review is to check and evaluate our list of usability factors from various perspectives, such as correctness, completeness and their relevance to the usability of software process descriptions.  

In our research, a software process description is defined as a representation of a software process created to facilitate process communication and enactment, and also to serve as a medium for process evaluation and improvement. We define a usability factor as an attribute of software process descriptions that affects their usability.

We would appreciate it if you can return the completed questionnaire by 30 November 2008. For the paper-based questionnaire, please submit via email, fax or post using the contact details below. The confidentiality of your data is assured and no material that could identify you will be used in any reports.
