Understanding the problem space

+ What have you discovered about the problem space?

Those who have been before you: Who else has done work in this area?
+ What have they done?

+ Why is their work interesting to you?
How does this work relate to your work? Do they have useful ideas you can develop further?

+ How do they deal with problems of development and deployment that have arisen?
What can you learn from this - are there pitfalls you can avoid.

Start with the papers on re-place space and locative media to look into this field.
Use the resources you have found from studio 3 to start this process.

Defining the context of your project will set the scene for your future work.
