Systems Engineers

The roles are in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. System Architects

Experienced System Architects are required to provide architectural leadership on major programs.

Competencies required are:

  • Developing overall operational concept,
  • Developing system architecture,
  • Ensuring system requirements meet customers expectations and needs,
  • Ensuring the operational concept, requirements and architecture are adequately documented,
  • Overseeing changes to overall system definition.

Lead Systems Engineers

Experienced Systems Engineering Leads are required to provide technical oversight and leadership within major programs.

Competencies required are:

  • Managing cost and schedule for the technical activities,
  • Engineering resource management,
  • Ensuring systems engineering processes are in place and followed,
  • Ensuring that technical planning for program execution is completed,
  • Plans are prepared, maintained, and executed.

Systems Engineers

Experienced Systems Engineers are required to provide systems engineering expertise in requirements engineering and systems analysis on a variety of major programs.

Competencies required are:

  • Requirements definition and documentation,
  • Requirements management,
  • Requirements analysis,
  • Systems design,
  • Performance definition and analysis,
  • Trade studies,
  • Simulation and modelling.
