Design Project

1 . 2 . 3 . . . .

Our proposal explained our design intent, informed how it worked, spoke of location, production schedule, intentions and equipment list. Some notes were taken from lectures to formulate our proposal idea. In the end, we opted for a booklet and provided an animation via laptop, which showed 8 tiles located on the walls and floor, lighting up in sequence, to help with audience visualisation).

This proposal stage overall was particularly useful as it is the planning stage, which then helps form the implementation stage. Because a production schedule was made, things were planned out and clear for what had to be done and by what deadline. All methods and materials were listed, leaving only the action to take place.

My contributions to this stage in the project were formulating ideas with team members, designing the proposal booklet, researching and collecting data. I felt the workload was even, with each member contributing equal amount of work. We were a good team at this stage.
