I am constantly learning the values of teamwork and the methods of good teamwork. For good teamwork, listening is important. With individual work, all ideas are questioned by yourself and final designs are completely controlled by yourself. But with teamwork, you must work as part of a giant brain, with the other parts of the brain (team members) to create the final product which satisfies the group and goals.

When discussing with team members about design solutions, it is important to listen carefully to their ideas as well as voicing your own. Equality is important. To ensure a functional team, making sure everyone is agrees on a design idea before moving on is important. Team maintenance is essential to make sure all members are contributing fairly and equally.

When working, it is important for team members to stay in contact; not only does it raise team moral, but the constant support helps when problems arise. Even updates on progress of your assigned work to other members can help as the project moves forward together, with all members. Communication is vital in success within any kind of team.
